Terms of Service

ZillionLMS is operated by Zillion eLearning, with offices in Islamabad, Pakistan and Buffalo, Wyoming. "We" means Zillion eLearning. "You" means the organisation that subscribes, and the people it gives accounts to.

Access to the platform for the number of learners on your plan, for the period you have paid for. Plans are priced per learner. Courses in the Zillion Library are included at no extra charge, and nothing is charged per course.

You decide who gets an account and what they can do. You are responsible for what happens under accounts you create, including keeping sign-in details private and removing people who have left.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused, so we can help you contain it.

Do not resell or sublicense access unless we have agreed that in writing as a partner arrangement. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful. Do not attempt to break the platform, reach another customer's workspace, or test its security without asking us first.

Automated access is fine through the API we publish, using a key we issued you.

Courses, files, learner records and reports you put into the platform remain yours. We hold them to run the service for you and for no other purpose. We do not use your content to train AI models.

When an administrator uses the AI features, the instruction and the course text are sent to our AI providers to produce the draft. Learner records are not.

The platform itself, and the courses in the Zillion Library, remain ours. Your subscription is permission to use them, not a transfer of ownership. Library courses may be assigned to your learners and may not be extracted and resold.

A trial is 15 days and needs no card. At the end of it you either subscribe or the workspace closes. We may end a trial early if it is being used for something other than evaluating the product.

Subscriptions are invoiced, not charged to a card in the product. There is no checkout to click, by design: we agree a plan with you, raise an invoice, and access begins when it is settled. Prices are quoted in the currency of your region and exclude local taxes, which are added where they apply.

Renewal is by agreement rather than automatic, so nothing is taken from you without a conversation.

We run the platform on managed hosting and we work to keep it available, but this agreement does not promise a percentage of uptime. We would rather say that than publish a figure we have not committed to contractually. If you need a service level agreement, ask us and we will write one into your contract rather than pointing at a web page.

We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will give notice for anything planned that would interrupt you.

ZillionLMS holds no security certification of its own, and nothing in these terms should be read as claiming one.

You may choose not to renew at the end of your period. We may suspend or end access if an invoice goes unpaid after we have chased it, or if the platform is being used in a way clause 4 prohibits.

On termination you may export your data, and we will help you get it out. After a reasonable window to collect it, the workspace and its contents are deleted.

Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you before your next renewal rather than changing them under you mid-period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction, unless your contract with us says otherwise. Where you contract with our United States entity, your contract states which law applies.
