About

Built by a training company, for the people who run training

ZillionLMS is the learning platform built by Zillion eLearning, a custom eLearning company that spent 9 years building courses for other organisations before building the system those courses run on.

7,300
hours of eLearning delivered worldwide
2017
building corporate training since

That record belongs to Zillion eLearning. ZillionLMS is the platform that came out of doing the work, and it is younger than the company that built it.

Why we built it

We kept watching good content
land in bad systems

Producing custom eLearning for clients means seeing where it ends up. Courses that would not upload without being rebuilt. Reports that could not answer the one question a sponsor asked. Platforms priced per administrator or per course, so the cost grew every time a programme succeeded.

The gap we kept hitting was the one between "people finished the course" and "people can now do the thing". A completion percentage is easy to produce and proves very little. That gap is the reason ZillionLMS includes scored conversation practice rather than course tracking alone.

What we build for

Organisations here,
not just here in theory

International platforms are priced in dollars, billed through gateways that are awkward to use from Pakistan, and interface only in English. None of that is malice. It is simply that this was never the market they were designed around.

ZillionLMS is priced in rupees, invoiced directly, and runs its whole interface in English, Urdu and Arabic. Those are not features bolted on for a region. They are the assumptions the product was built on.

What we believe

Five positions,
and what they cost us

Each of these is a decision that closes off an easier way to make money. That is roughly how you can tell we mean them.

  • Content standards belong on every plan. If courses cannot leave, the vendor has a lever over you, so SCORM, xAPI and cmi5 are on the entry plan rather than three tiers up.
  • Price by learners, not by administrator or course. A programme that grows should not be punished for growing.
  • A completion figure is not evidence of capability, and should not be sold as though it were.
  • A machine generated score should say that it is machine generated, until a person has reviewed it.
  • Every organisation on the platform is separated from every other one, enforced by the platform rather than left to convention.

Straight answers

Three things we will not
put on this website

Client names we cannot use

You will not find a customer logo or a testimonial here that we have not been given explicit written permission to publish. That is why this site argues from what the product does rather than from who else uses it.

Compliance badges we do not hold

ZillionLMS is deployed on managed cloud infrastructure whose providers hold their own certifications. Those are theirs, not ours, and we do not display them as though they were.

Ratings nobody gave us

No stars in the search results, no review markup in the page source, no invented adoption numbers. When there are real reviews, they will appear.

Talk to us

A small team,
so you reach someone who knows it

Zillion eLearning operates from Islamabad, Pakistan, with a registered office in the United States. Tell us what you are trying to train and how many people, and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right fit, including when it is not.
