Give every customer an academy that looks like theirs

Customer training only works if it does not feel like a supplier portal. On ZillionLMS every customer gets a workspace with their own branding, their own domain if they want one, and their own learners and reports, kept separate from everybody else on the platform.

What makes it hard

The part that actually
gets in the way

One portal for everyone

A shared academy with your logo on it tells each customer they are one of many, at the moment you want the opposite.

Separation has to be real

A customer needs to know their learners and their data are not visible to another customer, and be able to check.

Admin does not scale

Every new customer academy means more provisioning, unless creating one is a five minute job.

What ZillionLMS does

How the platform
handles it

  • A branded workspace per customer, with their logo, colours and their own domain
  • Learners, courses, reports and announcements scoped to that workspace and invisible outside it
  • A customer side administrator who manages their own people without touching anyone else's
  • Seat and storage limits per workspace, so commercial terms are enforced by the platform
  • Your own course library published into any workspace you choose, or kept back from it
  • Usage and completion visible to you across every workspace from one place

Before you ask

Common questions

Can a customer use their own domain?

Yes. Point a domain such as learning.customer.com at the workspace and it serves their academy, with their branding, on their address.

Can one customer ever see another customer's data?

No. Workspaces are separated at the data layer, not by hiding a menu item, and a workspace administrator has no route to another workspace's learners, courses or reports.

How long does it take to set up a new customer?

Minutes. Create the workspace, set the branding, invite their administrator. There is no implementation project between signing a customer and their academy existing.
