What makes it hard
The part that actually
gets in the way
Departments are not one organisation
A single shared system that lets one department see another's staff is not acceptable, and usually not lawful.
Everything is auditable
Not only completion. Who changed what, when, and on whose authority.
Reach is the hard part
Staff are spread across districts on varying connections and varying devices.
What ZillionLMS does
How the platform
handles it
- A separate workspace per department or directorate, with its own administrator and its own data
- Role based access and custom roles, so permissions match an actual job description
- An audit log of administrative actions, so changes to the record are on the record
- Assignment by role, grade or district, with recurring reassignment for annual requirements
- Mobile friendly courses that resume, for staff working away from an office
- English and Urdu throughout, including announcements and reminders

Before you ask
Common questions
Can departments be kept fully separate?
Yes. Each is a workspace with its own learners, courses and reports, and an administrator in one has no route to another. Consolidated reporting sits above them for whoever is entitled to see it.
Can we define our own roles?
Yes. Custom roles let you grant exactly the capabilities a post requires rather than choosing the nearest preset.
Where is the data held?
On managed cloud infrastructure. If your procurement has a specific residency or control requirement, ask us and we will answer it precisely rather than in general terms.
