Certify your channel, and see who is actually certified

A partner network is only as good as the last conversation a partner had with your customer. Partner training on ZillionLMS gives each partner their own branded workspace to work in, while you keep a single view of who has been certified and who has lapsed.

What makes it hard

The part that actually
gets in the way

The network is opaque

You know which partners signed up. You do not know which of their people have been trained.

Certification lapses quietly

A partner certified two product versions ago is still telling customers what they learned then.

Partners want their own space

Sending a partner's staff into your internal LMS makes them a guest in your house, which is the wrong relationship.

What ZillionLMS does

How the platform
handles it

  • A branded workspace per partner, administered by the partner themselves
  • Certification paths with a pass mark, so certified means something specific
  • Recurring recertification, so a lapse shows up as a live gap rather than a surprise
  • Scored roleplay practice for the pitch and the objection, marked against a rubric
  • A leaderboard across the partner network, ranked on practice done rather than clicks
  • Cross workspace reporting, so you can compare partners without logging into each one

Before you ask

Common questions

Can partners add their own people?

Yes. Each partner gets an administrator who manages their own learners, which is what stops partner onboarding becoming your team's job.

Can we stop partners seeing our internal courses?

Yes. You choose which courses are published into which workspace, so internal material stays internal.

How do we compare one partner against another?

Reporting runs across workspaces, so completion and certification can be compared side by side without logging into each partner's academy in turn.
