Produce, not recognise
Choosing the right answer from four options is a different skill from producing it yourself, in the moment, to somebody who is not being helpful.
Name the specific miss
A rubric line says what was not done: the concern was not acknowledged, the next step was never agreed. A score out of ten says nothing anybody can act on.
Let people fail privately
A rehearsal that goes badly costs nothing. The same conversation, live, costs a customer or a colleague.

Common questions
Can we write our own scenarios?
Yes. The 45 built in scenarios are a starting point, and an administrator can write scenarios and rubrics for the situations specific to your business.
Who can see somebody's practice attempts?
The learner and their manager. Scores are not published to colleagues, and the leaderboard ranks on how much practice was done rather than on how well anybody scored.
Does it work by voice?
Yes, voice practice is available on the higher plans, and text practice is available more widely. Both are scored against the same rubric.
What language does the practice run in?
English. The platform interface runs in English, Urdu and Arabic, but scenario practice and scoring are in English today.
Does a manager have to review every attempt?
No. Scoring is automatic and the learner gets feedback immediately. Manager review is there for coaching and for the attempts that matter, not as a bottleneck on all of them.
