How quickly will somebody reply?
Within one working day, and usually sooner. If it is urgent, phone the Islamabad number rather than waiting on email.
Can we see a demo before committing?
Yes, and you can also start the free trial without speaking to anyone. Many people find it faster to upload one of their own courses and see it play than to sit through a walkthrough.
Will you tell us if we are not a good fit?
Yes. If what you need is a student information system, or a webinar platform, or a document repository, we will say so. A customer who bought the wrong thing is not a customer for long.
Can you help move our existing content across?
Usually there is nothing to move: SCORM, xAPI and cmi5 packages upload and play as they are. If your content is in a format that does not export to a standard, tell us what it is and we will be straight with you about the work involved.
