What makes it hard
The part that actually
gets in the way
The people are dispersed
Branch and field staff are spread across the country on connections that are not always good.
The regulator wants evidence
It is not enough to have trained people. You have to be able to show precisely who, when and to what standard.
The risk is in the conversation
Mis-selling, poor disclosure and bad collections practice happen in conversations no course ever rehearsed.
What ZillionLMS does
How the platform
handles it
- Mandatory and recurring assignment by branch, region or role, with automatic escalation
- A training matrix and per learner transcript suitable for producing to an auditor
- Short mobile courses that resume where they stopped, for staff working away from a desk
- Scored roleplay for customer conversations, marked against a rubric rather than a quiz
- A workspace per region or subsidiary, with reporting consolidated across them
- English and Urdu throughout, so field teams are not working in a second language

Before you ask
Common questions
Can each region or subsidiary be kept separate?
Yes. Each gets its own workspace with its own administrator, learners and reports, and you keep a consolidated view across all of them.
How is roleplay scored?
Against a rubric written for that scenario, so the feedback names what was missing rather than giving a mark out of ten. A manager can review the transcript and the score.
Does it work on a weak connection?
The learner interface is built to be light, and courses resume from where they stopped. We would rather test it on your actual network than make a claim about it here.
