What makes it hard
The part that actually
gets in the way
Turnover is the normal state
Training is not a project with an end date. It is a process that has to run continuously.
The manager is the bottleneck
If induction depends on a supervisor being free, induction happens whenever the floor is quiet, which is never.
Service is judged on the moment
A complaint handled badly costs more than a policy nobody read, and no course teaches it by explaining it.
What ZillionLMS does
How the platform
handles it
- A standard induction path that starts on the join date without a manager scheduling it
- Short mobile courses that fit a break, resuming where they stopped
- Roleplay practice for the complaint, the upgrade request and the difficult guest
- A certificate on completion, and the manager notified the moment somebody is ready
- Per property workspaces with reporting across the group
- English and Urdu, so the platform is not a barrier for the staff who need it most

Before you ask
Common questions
How much manager time does this take?
After the first setup, close to none for a routine joiner. Enrolment happens on the start date, reminders are automatic, and the manager is told when it is finished rather than having to check.
Can each property run its own?
Yes. Each property can have its own workspace and administrator, with group level reporting across all of them.
Is there anything for service skills rather than policy?
Yes. Roleplay practice puts staff in the conversation and scores it against a rubric, which is closer to the job than a multiple choice question about the same situation.
