The four questions
What people ask,
and where the answer is
Is it done?
Completion by course, group, branch or person, with the date it happened rather than just a status.
Is it working?
Progress and activity over the last 7, 15 or 30 days, so a programme that has stalled looks different from one that never started.
Who is stuck?
Stalled learners, the people who started and stopped. This is where the risk is, and it is the group a completion percentage hides.
Can you prove it?
A training matrix and a per learner transcript that print as documents an auditor will accept, not a screenshot of a dashboard.
Built in
Reports that
already exist
- Completion and progress by course, group, branch or learner
- Enrolment and completion activity over time
- Training matrix for compliance, exportable rather than rebuilt
- Per learner transcript covering everything assigned, completed and scored
- Practice and rubric scores from the Learning Playground
- Usage and storage per workspace, for anyone running more than one
How they reach people
Sent,
not fetched
- Scheduled by email on whatever cadence the audience wants
- Managers see their own reports only, which is what makes the numbers readable
- Custom reports built from the fields you care about, then saved
- Exports for anyone who is going to put it in a board pack anyway

Common questions
Can we get evidence for one specific person?
Yes. Every learner has a transcript of what was assigned, what was completed, when, and at what score, and it prints as a document rather than as a screen capture.
Can a manager see only their own team?
Yes. The manager hierarchy scopes what each manager sees to their own reports, which is the difference between a report they read and a company wide list they ignore.
Do reports cover more than one workspace?
Yes. If you run a workspace per client, department or region, reporting consolidates across them for whoever is entitled to see it.
Can we export the data?
Yes. Reports export, and there is a REST API for anything you want to pull into a warehouse or a BI tool you already run.
