A feature withheld to force an upgrade is a lever held against you. These three are on the entry plan on purpose.
Every content standard
SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI and cmi5 on Core. If your courses cannot leave, changing vendor means rebuilding your library, and both of us know it.
Your own domain and branding
Every plan can run on your domain with your logo and colours. Your learners should see your organisation, not ours.
English, Urdu and Arabic
The whole interface, right to left where it should be. Language is not a premium feature when it decides whether people can use the system at all.

Questions people ask first
How is ZillionLMS priced?
By the number of learners, not by administrator and not by course. Every plan allows unlimited courses, and the price you see is for the whole platform rather than a base fee with modules added to it.
What happens when we pass our learner limit?
The limit is enforced, so you are never billed a surprise overage. Adding a learner beyond your plan is refused with a clear message, and you move up a band when you are ready.
Do you charge extra for SCORM or xAPI?
No. SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI (Tin Can) and cmi5 are on every plan including Core. Content standards are how you avoid being locked in, so putting them behind a higher tier would defeat the point.
How does billing work?
Annually, against an invoice. Where monthly billing is offered it is shown on the plan grid above and carries a 20% premium over the annual price, which is the standard arrangement across this market.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 15 days with a work email and no card required. The trial creates a real workspace on its own subdomain, so you are evaluating the actual product rather than a demo.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes, on every plan. Each workspace can run on your own domain with your logo and colours. Removing ZillionLMS branding entirely is available from Pro.
What are AI credits?
A single meter for AI features: generating course lessons and quizzes, cover images and audio narration. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Roleplay practice sessions are metered separately, per learner.
Is the course library an extra cost?
No. The library is included in the subscription, and new courses appear in your catalogue as they land. 12 arrive every quarter, on the way to 126.
Do you support Urdu and Arabic?
Yes. The full interface is available in English, Urdu and Arabic, including right to left layout, and that is the platform itself rather than only the course content.
What if we outgrow the top plan?
Enterprise is negotiated on learner count rather than published, and it includes priority support and onboarding. Tell us the numbers and we will quote against them.
