Every constraint in this product is one we hit ourselves while delivering programmes for other people.
- Content standards on the entry plan, because being locked in is how vendors keep customers who want to leave
- A training matrix that prints, because a screenshot is not a compliance record
- Right to left properly, because a translated interface with the layout still backwards is not translated
- Scored practice, because a completion tick never told us whether anybody could do the job
- Enforced caps rather than overage billing, because surprise invoices end relationships

Fair questions about a smaller vendor
Where is our data held?
On managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, and each customer workspace is isolated from every other. Ask and we will tell you exactly where and on what.
Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No. ZillionLMS itself holds no compliance certification, and we will not imply otherwise. Our hosting providers hold theirs, which is a different claim, and we would rather say that plainly than let a badge do the talking.
What happens if we want to leave?
Your courses are standards based, so they leave with you. Your data exports through the API and the reports. There is no conversion charge on the way in and no hostage taking on the way out.
How big are you?
Small enough that you will speak to the people who build it, and long enough established to have been doing this since 2011.
