What makes it hard
The part that actually
gets in the way
The evidence has to survive
Training done three years ago still has to be produced on request, in a form somebody else will accept.
Nobody is free to attend
Clinical staff cannot leave the floor for a classroom, so training has to fit into gaps that are minutes long.
Non clinical staff get forgotten
Reception, porters, admin and cleaning teams carry real risk and are usually last in the training plan.
What ZillionLMS does
How the platform
handles it
- Mandatory training assigned by role, with recurring reassignment for anything annual
- A training matrix and per learner transcript that print as documents, not screenshots
- Short mobile friendly courses that survive being closed halfway and resumed on shift
- Roleplay practice for the difficult conversation: a distressed relative, a complaint, a handover
- Separate workspaces per site or department, with reporting across all of them
- Certificates retained against the learner, so proof does not depend on an email being kept

Before you ask
Common questions
Can we upload the training we already have?
Yes. SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI and cmi5 all run, so an existing library moves across without being rebuilt.
Does it work on a phone during a shift?
Yes, and a course resumes where it stopped rather than restarting, which is the difference between finishing it and abandoning it.
What about staff whose first language is Urdu?
The whole interface runs in English and Urdu, right to left where it should be, so the platform is not itself a barrier to the training inside it.
