What makes it hard
The part that actually
gets in the way
Day one is improvised
The induction depends on whoever happens to be free, so no two new starters get the same start.
Order matters and is ignored
Policy before systems, systems before customers. Without sequencing people skip to whatever looks easiest.
Nobody knows when it finished
The manager finds out the induction was never completed at the point it matters, which is too late.
What ZillionLMS does
How the platform
handles it
- A learning path that runs in order, with each step unlocking as the previous one passes
- Automatic enrolment on the join date, by role, department or branch, without an administrator remembering
- The manager notified the moment the path is finished, and reminded while it is not
- Roleplay practice for the first real customer or colleague conversation, before it happens for real
- A certificate issued on completion, filed against the person rather than emailed and lost
- The same induction for everyone, so quality does not depend on who was free that week

Before you ask
Common questions
Can different roles get different inductions?
Yes. Build a path per role and let the automation pick which one applies from the person record, so a field officer and a head office joiner get the right sequence without anyone deciding manually.
Does it work for people who join in a group?
It works the same for one person or fifty. Import the cohort and the same sequence starts for each of them on their own start date.
What if somebody stalls halfway?
The reminder schedule keeps running and the stalled learner appears on the dashboard, so the person who needs to know finds out while there is still time to act.
