What makes it hard
The part that actually
gets in the way
Promoted, then abandoned
Good individual contributors are made managers and left to work it out on the job, in front of their team.
A workshop is a day, once
Two days off site, then nothing for a year. Almost none of it survives contact with a real conversation.
Nobody sees the failure
Bad management happens privately, one conversation at a time, and only shows up months later in attrition.
What ZillionLMS does
How the platform
handles it
- Structured leadership paths per grade, so progression is defined rather than assumed
- Scored roleplay for the conversations that decide it: feedback, conflict, delegation, change and pressure
- Marked against a written rubric, so a manager is told what was missing rather than given a score
- A senior manager can read the transcript and coach on what was actually said
- Skill profiles across tracked skills, so a gap is visible before it costs you somebody
- Short courses that fit between meetings rather than replacing a day

Before you ask
Common questions
Is this a course library or practice?
Both, and the practice is the part that distinguishes it. Courses cover the ground, then the Learning Playground puts a manager in the conversation and scores how they handled it.
What situations does the practice cover?
Five worlds built from what managers really fumble: giving feedback, handling conflict, delegating, leading through change, and performing under pressure. Scenarios can also be written for situations specific to your organisation.
Can we see who is ready for promotion?
Skill profiles and practice scores give you evidence rather than an impression. It is not a performance rating, and it is visible to the learner, but it does tell you where somebody stands.
